Hi, im wondering if something is wrong with my account because i can't pay to get a premium subscription, i've already try several times to pay with my debit card and it's just refused.

Can i get the currently promotion (3 months for 99.00 pesos ?

The offer is no longer available, but you can try signing up for Premium at the standard rate here using an incognito window.
