I can't see where to view and edit my direct debit details

I can't see where to view and edit my direct debit details

I would like to view and edit my payment details. I have searched tips and this has come up but I cannot see where it says to click update, it doesn't give me that option:

 

  1. Log in to your account page.
  2. Under Your plan, click UPDATE next to your payment method. 
    Note: If your plan is associated with a partner, you’ll need to contact them directly to manage your payment.
  3. Enter a new payment method. 

We have a family premium account.

Thanks for reaching out.

 

Are you logged into the account that owns the Premium Family subscription? If not, you won't be able to see which payment method is currently being used.

Thanks for posting on the Community about this.

 

Make sure you follow @Maxim's advice and also check if you can edit your payment details when using a private/incognito window since this helps you avoid issues with your browser's cache. It's a good idea to test if it works in a different kind of browser as well 

 

It'd be useful if you can send us a screenshot displaying how the page looks on your end. Just attach the image to your next response to us by using the Insert Photos option in the post editor. This way we can take a closer look at the issue.

 

Tip: The screenshot shouldn’t show any sensitive info such as payment or personal data.
