I can't use my credit card to pay my subscription

I cant' pay for my subscription!

I'm trying to use Nubank to pay my subscription but I can't, and the error is a quite generic 'Falha no pagamento'.
I got in contact with Nubank and they said they haven't accounted any request for payments. So, my question is: What is the problem?
The credit card is quite OK.
I've tried to use a digital one as well, got the same error.

I'm sorry to hear this. Could you try using another browser or incognito mode? Also, can you send me a screenshot of any error messages being shown?
