I cannot cancel my subscription

I have tried to cancel my subscription at least once. Maybe even twice. The first time I don’t know for sure, but after I was charged for another month and I thought I was cancelled I’m sure I cancelled my premium (back to free). However today I was charged again…

How can I cancel my account?
