There's an offer on honey for premium and I can't use it because it says I already used it when I never did, is there a way I can try and get back the offer, I think i've been hacked.

It's possible that you're not eligible for this offer by Honey, as the requirements for it are that you've never paid for Premium services or had a trial of the Premium experience in the past. If you believe you should be eligible, then try loading and using the code redemption page via an incognito/private window of your browser.
