I cant subscribe to premium (3 dots keep loading)

My Question or Issue

When i add my credit card and click start my spotify premium the 3 dots keep loading and nothing happens. i tried on my phone and laptop also on mobile data and Wifi but nothing works. my country and credit card matches the same country which is Egypt.

If you tried to update your payment details across different devices and networks and this didn't help we can recommend trying in a private/incognito window. This step makes sure you avoid issues with your browser's cache.

In case the private browser session doesn't do the trick for you, try again in a browser different than your preferred one.

Tried that also it didn't work.. I'm really frustrated because this application is really important for me. I was in Russia paying with my Russian visa and when i came to Egypt it declined my credit and the country was Egypt automatically, not sure if this has an affect or not.

I found a solution i tried tor browser and it worked! Finally! Thanks for the help
