I changed my subscription from premium to family and they are charging me for both

I changed my subcription from premium to the family plan, nut they are charging me for both of them. I keep getting two charges in my credit card one for $5.99 for the premium subscription and one for $8.99 for the family plan, and this has been going on for several months.
