I am a little confused what your issue is exactly, please can you explain in more detail?

I received a personal email telling me that I could get a 60 day free trial
so I signed up using my paypal and my email address which is how I log into
my Spotify app.
So now when I log into my Spotify app I expect to have premium service and
I do not.

Hey @Molly28!

That's not cool! Are you still having issues with this? It sounds like you might have two accounts. Could you go through these steps? Those should help find any additional accounts. Let me know how it goes! 🙂
