I got charged for Spotify Premium 3 months free trial

I tried Spotify premium for 3 months for free using my Globe prepaid and got charged. Will I be able to get a refund since it is a free trial? If yes, how?

Have you got charged fully for a Premium account ?

Did you get a message confirming you're eligible for the offer presented ?
