I have been charged for Spotify but have free accounts

I have been charged for Spotify but have free accounts

I see several months of charges on PayPal from Spotify that I rarely use. I checked my Spotify account and it shows free. There is no record of an order.

Hey there,

 

Thank you for reaching out to the Community and welcome. 

 

According to the info mentioned in your post, it's possible that the account that has the Premium subscription could be different to the one you're logged in since the account should have the record of your payments. So first, we'd recommend logging out and back in following the steps in this article and checking your recepits again.


If the issue persists, it's possible that the Premium account may have different credentials to log in to. In that case, we’d also recommend trying different login methods and credentials as mentioned in this article
