I pay for Spotify but the accout pulling up says I don't.

I pay for Spotify but the accout pulling up says I don't.

I upgraded phones and when I log in my premium Spotify is not there i have adds I should not have adds I pay for it

Thanks for coming to the Spotify Community. I'll be here to help you out.


It sounds like you might’ve accidentally created a second account and signed into that one instead. I'd recommend you try logging in with other email addresses you own to see if your Premium account is linked to one of them. I'd also recommend checking out this Support article for more info on how to find your login details.
