I pay subscription and the last 8 weeks I have had to download all my playlists over and over again

I pay subscription and the last 8 weeks I have had to download all my playlists over and over again

The last 8 weeks I have had to download all my playlists over and over again which eats away at my data which has cost me over $50 in my data .

I'm love using Spotify but I am getting fed up with having to download all my music again.

Can this problem be fixed and can I be compensated

Hi there,

 

It happened to me once and it was my school wireless network. Spotify tries to connect and the network blocks the access. So Spotify blocks the premium downloads.

When I've got home the premium works properly. I dont know if it is a bug but it happens from time to time.

As well I have to uninstall the app reinstall the app and download my
music

Well... Its sounds something related with your smartphone and not with the app.

Did you check your disk availability? 

Galaxy s7 64 gig pH with a 128 gig SD card at the end of the day I love my
music so be it lose all again I just have to download it all again what do
