I purchased premium, but my family accout set it back to free

I purchased premium, but my family accout set it back to free

I purchased a premium account for 12 Months, but after joining a family accout it will be set back to free after just 2 months... how do I get back into my premium individual plan?

Just to double-check, did you join a Premium Family plan as a member or did you start a Premium Family plan yourself? 🙂
