Převod účtu

Převod účtu

Dobrý den přeji, potřebovala bych poradit.

Mám účet na Spotify pod bývalým partnerem, jelikož spolu už v jedné domácnosti nežijeme, chci si založit účet vlastní a zkontrolovat si, zda se mi převedla veškerá hudba.

Když si chci založit nový účet - píše mi to, že e-mail je už zaregistrovaný - chápu to správně, že nejdříve mě musí bývalý partner vyřadit ze svého předplatného a až potom si můžu založit svůj nový účet?

Děkuji za radu.

Kristýna

Hi there @user-removed,

Thanks for reaching out. Hope you don’t mind us responding in English, as this is the official language of the Community.

If you had your own account that was a member of the Family plan, then you don't need to make a new one. You can just remove yourself from the plan and keep using the account, on free or by subscribing to something else. If that account still exists, that's the reason why you cannot make a new account, since an email address mustn't be in use in order for you to be able to use it on another account.

If by some chance you've deleted the old account in order to make a new one, this is mostly unnecessary, since as mention above you can just keep using it. If you did delete the account, you can restore it within 7 days and keep using it. You can restore it using the link in the confirmation email that you should have received upon deletion. Doing so will also keep your library intact.

If you insist on making a new account, then you need to wait some time before using the same email address. For a while after deletion, the account remains in the system and thus the email will be considered in use, therefore you cannot make a new account yet. In 14-30 days after the deletion, the email address will be freed up and then you can use it. Alternatively, you can always use a different email address too.

Hope this clears things up.
