I started my premium trial, but I can't listen to downloaded music without data.

My Question or Issue

I started my premium trial yesterday (on the 1st may) and I downloaded some music then.

Today I tried listening to my downloaded music, but I had to turn on my data to listen to it.

Usually it would work just fine without having to turn on my data, but I went on free spotify the last 5 months.

Hey @soupelinaa,

Thanks for coming to the Community.

Could you check if you have activated the Offline mode of the app as described here? This needs to be done before being able to listen to downloaded content.
