How can I disable permanently the Ads?

Thanks for posting in the Community!
Ads during music playback should only be received if you're a free user, so it's a good idea to first doublecheck the status of your subscription.

Note that ads can still be present for both free and Premium users when viewing Podcasts.
Whether they appear is dependent on the podcast issuers themselves and this cannot be manually turned off.

In case you continue noticing unexpected behaviours from the app, do let us know and we'll take a further look 🙂
