My Question or Issue

I've been charged twice for the last 3 months (Jan., Feb., Mar.). The charges occurred on different dates (on 7th and 27th). I've searched the community for the issue and have followed the guidelines on the subject "Why have I been charged more than once?/If the charges occurred on different dates". No one have information about my payment details. I've also checked whether there is an additional account I have. I haven't registered any account using my Facebook credentials. I've checked my Android device by connecting my phone to my computer and I have only one account registered on Android > data > com.spotify.music > files > spotifycache > users folder. 

I've checked my email account and I've only received only one email for my Premium subscription. And finally my credit/debit card has always had enough funds and it has never been expired since my subscription started. So I request refund for the last 3 month extra charges. How I can proceed to solve this problem, thank you very much.

It's technically not possible to have two subscriptions at once with just one account, so it's likely that there is another account out there, which you might have forgotten about or which is registered to a family member or friend. 

 

We'd recommend to check out this page and follow the steps under Do you have more than one account? In case you can't access the second Premium account, you'll also find a link there to get in touch with our support staff, who will help you track down the other account.
