My Question or Issue

I'm seeing two charges per month of $10 from Spotify please help. I tried using the contact form and it doesn't work.

It was resolved I had 2 active accounts without noticing after I had made the new one the old one wasn't closed down. Thank you very much.

Hey @Everardo_G, welcome to the Spotify Community!

 

If you believe you're eligible for a refund, all you need to do is get in contact with Spotify support and their Accounts team can take a look backstage. The easiest way to contact them is by messaging SpotifyCares on Facebook or Twitter. They usually respond within 48 hours!
