Hey @FearN0ne,
Thanks for getting back.
I've made sure that your uploaded screenshots get removed since they included some of your personal info. This is a public site, so anyone can access it 🙂
I've taken a closer look into your issue and it turns out that Premium Mini is only supposed to work on mobile devices, so it's expected behaviour that the desktop device shows that you're on free when using the app or web player.
Sorry for any confusion caused, but I hope I was able to clear things up now.
Hey @FearN0ne,
Thanks for reaching out.
The first thing I recommend doing is heading to https://spotify.com/account. Does it show that your account is on Premium there?
Let me know. 🙂
yes, my account already premium.. but i still got ads 😞
Hey @FearN0ne,
Thanks for the screenshot 🙂
In that case, there's a possiblity that either your subscription status hasn't synced to your device yet or that you're logged into a different account 🙂
Can you please log out and back into the Spotify mobile app twice in a row to see if that makes difference?
If the issue persists, it's worth checking if you're actually logging into the account you've purchased a Premium plan for. You can view your username here or on your receipt that you should've received via Email.
Let me know how it goes!
Sorry for accept the solution, but this doesn't work on web or windows platforms.
Only works on mobile app
Hey @FearN0ne,
Thanks for getting back.
In this case, I recommend trying the same steps on desktop, since one of them should fix this issue 🙂
Let me know how it goes.
still same... 😓
btw.. whenever I close and open spotify on my phone, I need to log out of my account because my spotify account doesn't get premium features. is this a bug??
Hey @FearN0ne,
If it shows that you're on Premium when you head to https://spotify.com/account, you're most likely logged into the wrong account in the app. 🙂
I recommend checking your email inboxes for an email from Spotify regarding the start of your subscription or a receipt. That way, you know exactly which email address is connected to your Premium account.
Alternatively, if the website shows you're on Premium, you can head here to find the username of your account which you can use to log into the app.
Let me know how it goes! 🙂
I have done everything you mentioned and there's nothing wrong with my account
