My Question or Issue

I have been gritting to switch to Spotify premium for 3 days now but it does not work.I get to the last step,my bank send me the payment confirmation code,I enter it then I go to the Spotify site where it is written : Error please refresh the page or try again later it may take a while.

Hey,

I followed your instructions but it still doesn’t work. I’ll get a
different credit card tomorrow, hoping it works. I’m frustrated not being
able to buy it.
