I was charged for old tariff but I updated on new one.

I was charged for old tariff but I updated on new one.

I canceled premium duo and bought premium classic in September. I get message for cancellation and I have been charged for new tariff. I have been charged in this month (October) again for my this old tariff. Can I get refund for last and this month? Because I cancelled old tariff and get new tariff and have been charged twice. In September.
