Im being charged and not getting premium so cant cancel

Im being charged and not getting premium so cant cancel

My bank account is being charged for premium but im not a premium user, so i cant cancel a payment as its only able to be done through you, i cant change my subscription because i dont have one and now im down money for a service im not getting.

I am having the same problem, spotify has been charging me for months , and i am unable to cancel it

Thank you both for reaching out!

 

First things first, make sure to check what you see on your account page. This way you can determine if it's only in the app that you don't have Premium or the account itself is actually on free. If it is on free, then you must have another Premium account. Try thinking of any other usernames and/or email addresses that you might have an account with and try logging in with those. If necessary, you can request a password reset. Also, as for usernames, make sure that you try with the account's username and not it's display name, as only the username can be used for login. More info on that here. If you manage to find your Premium account and log into it, you can of course cancel the subscription.

 

In case you're unable to locate the Premium account on your own, it's best you reach out to Customer Support as they're the folks who can look further into this and provide you with more info on the matter.

This is most likely happening because you have a Premium subscription active on another account. Please look at the above post by @Yordan, where you'll find all the necessary info on what you can do in this situation and a link to contact Customer Support. If you reach out to our support team and provide them with the payment details, they'll be able to locate where the charge is coming from and assist you further.
