I have been locked out of my Spotify account because the country on my profile doesnt match the country I am in (I moved to Canada from Australia 7 months ago). When changing the country and updating the payment to a Canadian issued card, I am being told that Spotify has not yet launched in this country, however on the website, Spotify says they are available in Canada and the US. I now cannot access my Spotify at all and I'm still paying for it.

In this case, it's possible that you're trying to use a payment method that is not supported in your current country. To find the payment methods that are available in your country, just follow the steps here.
