It says I'm not eligle for this plan, when I try to subscribe to premium

It says I'm not eligle for this plan, when I try to subscribe to premium

I click on get started on premium plan and I'm given the message :Sorry, you are not eligible for that plan. Here are some others ways to get premium. I'm trying to get the individual premium plan and it won't let me.

Can you let me know which country/market you're trying to purchase Premium from? If you'd like to purchase Premium Individual, you can do so from here.

I got the same issue. The thing you linked leads me to the same thing I found. I'm trying to purchase from Croatia because I moved here but up until now I used a Bosnia and Herzegovian Spotify. Thanks in advance for any help.

Thanks for reaching out. Can you try this process using another browser or Incognito Mode? It might also be worth trying another device or a different internet connection. Also, can you let me know which country shows in your Spotify account page?
