My Question or Issue

Hi! I’m happy that Spotify is now in Kazakhstan. However, I’m deeply frustrated by the pricing in Kazakhstan, it’s $4.99 while in Russia only 169 rubles ($2.39). The pricing is so inadequate, don’t expect a lot of subscriptions. I pay 87 rubles/month for Apple Music as a student. You should have done some research before putting the pricing, the level of income is lower in Kazakhstan than in Russia. I hope it’s changing, otherwise I see no reason to switch from other streaming services to Spotify.

I completely agree with the author. Such prices make Spotify not competitive in the market because there are other music services with prices half as low. Also there is 3 month free trial in Russia when for us (Kazakhstan) it's 1 month. Please consider at least to make 3 month trial in Kazakhstan.
