We've gone ahead and edited some of your posts, since they contained personal info. Keep in mind this is a public space, so, to keep your personal data secure, we've deleted some of the details you kindly sent us.

Now, we'd suggest you make sure of the following:

• The payment went through successfully. You can check this on your back statements and on your Spotify account Order history.
• That you've logged in to the right account. Sometimes, after making the payment, users accidentally sign in to a new account. You can follow the steps in this article to find out if you have more than one account.
• Your account overview page shows the account as Premium at the top.

If you've logged in to the correct account, and you made sure the payment was successful, then we can confirm the right team is aware of this behavior. They're currently looking into it in this thread, so we recommend taking a look at it and providing us there with the info we're asking for on the status. Rest assured this is being investigated.
