Me cobraron 12 veces por suscripcion y mi banco me descontó 107.88 😠

Hace unos dias atras me encontraba efectuando el pago por $8.99 dolares para la cuenta premium, la página web arrojó un error con la tarjeta o banco más sin embargo dos dias después  recibo en mi celular 12 mensajes de mi banco en cada mensaje me indicó que se había realizado un pago por $8.99, seguido de esto fui a mi cuenta en spotify y no tenía todavía una cuenta premium, esto tanto en la página web como en la aplicación de escritorio me decía que era un usuario normal. Al ver esto me agobiaron las dudas por mi perdida de dinero q pasa los $100 dolares americanos y por eso escribo el msj ya q se me ha descontado $107.88 dolares de mi cuenta y quiero recuperar mi dinero .

We'd recommend first heading to your subscription page and checking if your account is still on Free.

 

If it is, check if your payments are marked as 'pending' on your bank statement, it might not have gone through successfully. For more information, check out payment troubleshooting.

A pending charge is a part of your bank or credit card company's authorization process. When you submit a payment, your bank or credit card places a temporary authorization on the funds.

 

If the transaction doesn’t successfully complete, no money will be taken and the charge will soon disappear. The time this takes can vary, depending on your bank/credit card company.

 

For more information on when the funds should reappear on your account in that case, make sure to contact your bank/credit card company.
