We hope you don't mind us answering in English as this is the official language of the forum.
 

It's possible that the member of your plan has logged in onto a free account by accident. To check this, we suggest they check the details of the account you see open on the app. To do this, they can follow these steps from a mobile device:

  1. Go to Home.
  2. Go to Settings.
  3. At the top of settings, under Account, (if the account is Premium) they can see their subscription plan details and the email linked to their account (if any).

If they see Free account at the top, then they have logged in onto a free account. In that case, we'd suggest going to a password reset and entering possible email addresses they own. When you enter an email that's registered with Spotify, you'll get a password reset message for that email.

 

Note: Keep in mind there are a few ways to sign up, e.g. with email, phone number, Facebook, Apple, or Google. They can try logging in with these, their Premium account may be linked to one of these options as well.
 

If they can see they account in the Premium service, we'd like to check, are they hearing ads while listening to music or when listening to podcasts? We'd like you to know, podcasts usually include some advertising. This has been the case since the early days of podcasts, and continues to be true today, including on Spotify. Therefore, even as a Premium user, you may receive advertising or sponsored messages when playing a podcast. Note that as a Premium user, you still enjoy an ad-free music listening experience.
