Paid for premium

Paid for premium

I paid for premium on the 19th of this month and now sporty is saying I need to pay for it again after i already got my email saying it was good for another month that's a short month..

Thanks for reaching out about this here in the Community. 

 

Based on what you mentioned, what could've happened is that the system couldn't take the payment on your last billing date. It kept trying, and it was until the 19th that the pending payment was processed and now it's trying to take the payment of the current month. You can check this by taking a look at your receipts here

 

If that's not the case, we suggest that you reach out directly to our Support team through any of these channels so they can take a closer look at your account and further assist them with this.
