First, can you check your Receipts page here and let me know if you see the charge you mentioned there? If so, you may need to renew your student discount - and you can do so here. If not, then I'd recommend checking to see if you have other Spotify accounts using this guide. 

If you do not have any other Spotify accounts that are on Premium, it is best to reach out to your financial institution as they have more tools to help.
