Mon statut étudiant ne s'est pas renouvelé et j'ai payé le prix plein

Je n'ai jamais eu de rappel pour renouveler mon statut étudiant. Ne sachant pas qu'il fallait le renouveler, j'ai payé le prix plein au moins un an. Avec preuve de mon inscription des derniers mois, pourrais-je être remboursée de la différence de l'abonnement premium classique?

We're sorry to hear that you missed renewing your student discount.

 

You should get an email when it's time to renew your student discount. Can you check your Spam folders to see if you received it? 

 

You need to contact our customer support for a possible refund so that they can have a closer look backstage.
