My Question or Issue

Money is deducted from my debit card but premium is not activated yet. My plan is prepaid with student discount of 59 rs

Hey! Sorry to hear you're having issues!

 

Have you checked to see if a confirmation email came through from Spotify about your subscription? You may have accidentally started premium on the wrong account, but let me know what you find 🙂

To add something to what @eltoch suggested, it'd be good if you'd follow all the steps featured in this support site article to see whether you can find and access your Premium as a result.

 

You can also reach out to your debit card provider in order to clear up the status of your subscription and confirm that the related activation transaction is not pending or wasn't canceled.
