Money got deducted from debt card(paypal) but no premium access.

My Question or Issue

Tried to get the 3 month free premium deal then I was reverted to the "1 month free" premium deal which I then used my Paypal to try to purchase it. The payment failed but 8.28 USD got deducted from the debit card. No premium status appeared on my account page. Please help me get a refund I can't afford to lose money like this.
