Monthly Subscription 99$?

I've been using this account for like 3-4 years already. But for the last couple of months when i try to subscribe for premium it says 99$ for one month. I created new account and subscribed without any issue. I live in Turkey so subscription should be 13.99 TL for month not 99$

Edit: I just checked my profile and realized that my profile settings were changed. I registered spotify via facebook and i deleted my account and i'm started to think that it has something to do with that.
