Payment not working

Payment not working

I have been trying for a week  to pay on our family plan. I keep getting an error message saying only *something went wrong* which is vague to say the least. It seems ridiculois to have to downgrade to upgrade again, having to invite the family AGAIN to do something as simple as change my cc info.

Not my device, ive tried several. 

Is there any other suggestions?

Hope you're doing great! 

 

I understand you don't want to cancel and resubscribe, so let's try some other steps. Could you try processing payment using a different browser or incognito mode? If that doesn't help, does using a different payment method help?
