My Premium Duo account doesn't work: our addresses are not recognized as the same (although they are on both Spotify and Google maps)

Thanks for coming to the Community.

Keep in mind that Premium Duo is only for people who live at the same physical address. 

If that's the case, you/they can try accepting the invite again from a different device and using an incognito window.
