My Premium is only working on my phone

My Premium is only working on my phone

Hi, I have checked my app on my phone and I have a premium account and all the payments go through however when I connect it to echo dot it says I can't use it because my account isn't premium also the same with my smart tv!

Apologies for the late reply, but maybe I can still help 🙂


You should look on the receipt you got sent to your email address. This should say the username with that you subscribed to Spotify premium!
Try to log in with that account.
When you see a 10 digit number log in with Facebook!
