My account was reset to free

My account was reset to free

I'm a regular Premium user since March 2017. Yesterday I discovered that, regardless a regular payment run on December 10°, my account was reset to a free one. Please let me know what I'd do. Regards

I'd like to confirm something before I continue - are you still being charged for Premium even though you are not getting the Premium benefits?

Hi Tom,
thanks for getting back to me so quickly.
Issue solved, It was a case of duplicate account (the problem arose
changing mobile).

Hi I’m having the same problem...started two days ago...I have and am paying for premium and premium was in my iPad and iPhone 6. Two days ago I started getting adds when I tried Tom listen to Spotify on my IPhone...checked the account details and all of a sudden it says subscription free but my iPad is still ok with premium. Why would my iPhone suddenly default to free when I am paying monthly?? I tried all the login and log out suggestions on my iPhone and even deleted the app on my iphone and added it back but still says free. Very frustrating since I’m paying for the service but not getting it on my iPhone 6 anymore....

 

please help...
