My husband doesn´t get my invite to family premium

I have upgraded to a family premium account, but when I send my husband his invite nothing happens. It says -pending- I have tried to resend, cancel and sendt it again. We have checked that his email is correct on both our profiles, we have checked the email and the trash.. Nothing. Could somebody help me? There is no use in sharing a family account when he doesn´t get to use it;p

One of my sons doesn’t receive my invite either. I noticed he Spotify Free and have tried to cancel the FREE subscription to enable the invite but cannot cancel the FREE subscription. Can anyone help please??? Want to receive the maximum value for money with the Premium Subscription for ALL members of the family.

Take a look in your spam mails.. my invitation was in there.
