My orange Egypt plan is covering a premium subscription, however I can't activate it

What exactly is preventing you from activating it? 🙂

Generally, if there's an issue with Premium and it's through a partner instead of Spotify directly, it's best to reach out to them as they're the only one's who are able to make changes to it.
