My premium account has commercials

I am a members on the premium duo account. The manager has no commercials. Me as a member , I have commercials

Are you getting these ads when listening to music or podcasts? While Spotify doesn’t play ads that interrupt the music listening experience of Premium subscribers, some podcasts may include advertising, host-read endorsements, or sponsorship messages.

If the ads play when you're listening to music, then it's possible that you're logged in the wrong account. You can check this by following the steps in this article. 

If you're sure you're logged in the correct account, make sure to double-check the plan status under Your plan here. If it doesn't say Premium Duo, ask the plan manager to check on their end as well and invite you to the plan.
