My premium account stopped working

My premium account stopped working

I’ve had Spotify premium for over a year and it all of a sudden stopped working. I’ve paid in full every month and I’m not sure why it stopped. I have a long car ride tomorrow and would love to have it working again

I have the same problem and I don't know why if I pay the month.

I was invited in the family premium account. It worked for a few days and now it says I no longer have the premium account. I have tried everything this site suggests (except to create a new account because I don't want to lose my music)... hasn't worked.

when i load premium it says stopped on my account

Just to confirm, are you getting an error message when you're trying to subscribe to Premium? If so, would you mind sending us a screenshot of it? You can attach it to your next response by using the Insert image option in the post editor. Make sure not to send any private info.


On another note, could you give us more info on what happens to your account when trying to subscribe? We'll be happy to help.
