My premium is paused even though the Spotify duo is paid for

My brother changed our Spotify plans to Spotify duo and it works perfectly fine on my Chromebook I got premium on it and everything but for my phones it says premium paused, and the only way it will let me use it is if I click a Spotify link then I can access Spotify it also gives me my premium too

I'll try to help you out. I know it sounds simple but it's sometimes overlooked, could you try restarting your device? If that doesn't help, I'd recommend logging out and back into your account.
