My profile says US, but when I try to resume premium, it takes me to the UK

My profile says US, but when I try to resume premium, it takes me to the UK

I am trying to resume my premium membership, but when I click to go to the payment page, I get directed to the UK page. I have tried to re-save my profile (it has always said the US), but I still get directed to the UK page.

You should be able to adjust the country setting of the website at the bottom of every page, or directly here. 🙂

Thanks for posting in the Community!

 

This is kind of odd situation indeed. If you're not in that region and you're not using any VPN type of networks, then you should normally see the locally available page for payment options. 

 

What I can suggest in addition to @Maxim's recommendations for you is to try and open the link to the page again, but this time in an incognito/private window of your web browser and see if this will make a change. If this doesn't help, then I guess it will be best to reach out to our Support folks here, so they can take a closer look at your account profile and check if everything there is in order 🙂
