My Question or Issue

My friend who lives in turkey bough me for 3 months (14.02.2023), but after febrary 24 my account was transfered to free subscription. Money was not refunded.

Due to the reports we've received and our findings, we're not able to replace the time you have lost from your trial. But you're free to subscribe to Premium again. Just head to your account page and enter your payment details.
