Need to change the country in my account

Hi, I'm from Costa Rica and i'm trying to have a premium account, but I can't 'cause im living in Ecuador and in my profile appears that I'm in Ecuador but my card it's from CR, how can i change that if the page is not giving me that option?

Hi @anthonnygutierr I'm sorry to hear you got some issues with your account. If you will be living there permanently or for a long time well im sorry to say it but the only thing you can do is to get your self a credit card from Ecuador though that is currently the only way to change your country on a prenium account. If you just will be there for a fixed time I'm also sorry to say that you will have to be in Costa Rica to make your prenium acount with that credit card. If its really urgent you can always try to find a spotify gift card and redeem it for a prenium account.
