Im still a student but I was charged the full premium amount when I renewed my student subscription

Hi @jamesy2116 and im really sorry to hear you've been charged extra even though you are a student, I think it has to do with to renewal of your prenium subscription or that you have not renewed in 12 months, so I would recomend to try and write in your student id again and see if your next bill comes back with the discount applied. I think it will work due to spotify having an 12 month limit so you are not using an old student id and using the discount even your not in school.
