No customer service - unable to change country

I am unable to change my country from Austria to the USA and update my payment details. Whenever I try to update my subscription it fails. There is no customer support at all, which surprised me from a company like Spotify.

You would need to update your payment details following these steps, and then you can change your country settings. If you're still having trouble updating your country settings after updating your payment details - can you send me a screenshot of any error messages you're getting? Make sure to hide sensitive info when posting to the Community.
