No funciona suscripción plan familiar

Hola, 

tenemos un plan familiar y a mí mujer y su hermano no verificaron su cuenta a tiempo y lo han sacado del plan. 

Como podrían entrar de nuevo??

Right now, the community is supported in English, so I hope you don't mind me replying like this.

Before your family members are removed from the plan, they should've received an email with more information on how to validate the address.

If they don't have the email anymore, try sending them new invitations. Ask them to clear their browser's cache and cookies or using an incognito window to accept the new invitations.
