No option to cancel subscription

I subscribed to the Premium Individual plan in January and paid for the entire year, for convenience but now i intend to switch to a Premium Duo plan and wants to cancel the Premium Individual plan BUT i see now "cancel subscription" option under my Accounts tab despite Spotify stating that the Premium Individual plan can be cancelled anytime.

You can switch plans directly without having to cancel first. Just head to https://spotify.com/duo 🙂 Your remaining Premium Individual time will be converted into Premium Duo time, bringing your next payment date forward.
